After a long off season, Attica Raceway was able to get in their season opener, just one day late, on March 26th. The Ray Marshall Motorsports team rolled into Attica with a rocket. Caleb Griffith started the night off on the right foot by setting the second quickest time. Griffith started third in his heat and made a last lap pass to win his heat. The 33M started on the pole of the feature and showed the way around Attica for all (30) laps. Griffith immediately gained a straightaway lead on the pack and began lapping the field by Lap 5. By the time a yellow flag flew on Lap 24, the 33M rocket had lapped half the field. On the restart, the #45 of Brian Lay tried to beat Griffith, but Caleb quickly showed that no one could catch him. Dale Blaney finished 2nd, with Lay coming in 3rd. We are so happy to start the season on such a positive note! Come and help us cheer on the 33M this season!
